Ingredients
40g Goose Liver
100g Beef
100g Pork
50g Streaky Bacon
1 Onion
2oz Butter
2 Slices white bread soaked in milk.
1 Glass red wine.
Chopped Parsley
Chopped Thyme
Beaton Egg
Instructions
Fry everything except the bread until nice and brown. Add the white bread soaked in milk, add parsley, thyme and the red wine. Stir together and then add the beaton egg and some salt and pepper.. Lovely!
