Ingredients
Serves 4. Use 2 gluten free Devon Rose sausages. 1/2 a pack of gluten free dried sage and stuffing mix (made up with a few tbsp of boiling water). OR 1 shallot. 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage. 2 slices of gluten free bread-processed into crumbs. Salt and pepper
Instructions
Skin the sausages then blend the sausagemeat with the made up stuffing or mix with the fresh ingredients. Add some melted butter for richness if you like. Place the mixture in a small ovenproof dish so that the mix is at least 1/2 an inch thick and bake in an oven at 200C for 20 mins.
