Ingredients
(serves 2)
4 sausages,
4 slices of bacon,
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
4 large sprigs of rosemary,
1 fresh lemon,
1 heaped tbls dried sage,
Instructions
1. Cut the sausages into 3 peaces each, and the bacon strips in half
2. marinade the meat in the lemon, sage and garlic for 1-3 hours
3. skewer the sausages and bacon onto the rosemary sticks (leaving rosemary leaves on the sticks)
4. grill untill cooked on all sides
5. serve with fried polenta, and an olive and feta salad
