Ingredients
500g lamb mince,
Handful of fresh mint (chopped),
1 onion (very finely chopped),
1 tsp of cumin,
1 tsp of cinnamon,
1 egg,
cornflour
Instructions
Mix everything (except flour) in a blender, make into burgers. Add corn flour until the mixture is not too sticky. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour, and then grill for 15mins on each side until brown. Serve in a roll with mint sauce and salad
