Ingredients
1 pack of pork mince (or turkey for lower fat option).
1 large onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
8tbsp parmesan.
1 egg.
1tbsp oregano.
1tbsp parsley.
8 slices of streaky bacon.
2 slices of bread.
Instructions
pop everything (accept bacon) into a food processor until finely chopped.
line a loaf tin with baking paper, and then the streaky bacon.
pop the mince mixture into the tin, fold over the ends of the bacon, and top with a few more slices.
cover with more baking paper and chill for at least an hour (I make mine the day before i need it).
I think cook for 1hour in my fan assisted oven at 170C.
served hot with spuds and grave, or cold with a ploughman's :)
