Ingredients
300g devon rose lamb mince. 1 crushed garlic clove. 1tbsp chopped fresh mint. 1/2 tsp thyme leaves. 1 heaped tsp Zahtar spice blend. 1/2 tsp freshly milled black pepper. 6 pre-soaked bamboo skewers
Instructions
Mould the kebabs into sausage shapes along the length of each skewer. Grill or bbq for 3-4 minutes then turn and cook for another 3-4 mins.
