Ingredients
500g Minced lamb,
1 large onion chopped,
1 clove chopped garlic,
1 carrot chopped, lamb stock cube,
1kg mashed potato,
2tsp dried basil,
2tsp dried origano,
good splash of worchestershire sauce.
Instructions
Fry all ingrediants (except potato) until the lamb has browned, add water and cornflour if required to thicken gravy, place into a pie dish, and top with the mashed potato, make a pattern on the top with a fork (this helps the top to crisp up). bake for 25-30 mins.
