Chardstock Stores and Post Office is situated in the village of Chardstock in the beautiful county of Devon, 4 miles equal distance from Axminster in Devon and Chard in Somerset. Philip and Teresa Leonard bought the business in 2005, when it was on it’s knees, and they’ve transformed it into the thriving hub of the community, still maintaining that quintessentially English village shop feeling when you walk in the door, with a guaranteed friendly greeting. The shop is open 7 days a week, offering a full range of groceries and household goods, with a reputation for excellent service and quality, specialising in very high quality local produce including dairy produce, milk, fresh baked bread and fresh meat, all sourced within a 10-mile radius.
