As a general rule, all of our products
that are simply cut (i.e.: steaks) are naturally "free from products". Processed
items like sausages and burgers may contain a small amount of wheat or other
allergen. In this section we deal with the more sensitive diet. If you require
foods which are free from allergens such as gluten, nitrates, dairy or preservatives,
this is the section for you. If your diet requires SCD (Specific Carbohydrate
