Jurassic coast pasture land. Grown slowly outside and free range, we use a
mixture of rare, traditional and modern breeds all noted for purity, taste
and eating quality. Specialties include high welfare veal, nitrate free dry cured free range bacons, free
range chicken, jurassic coast lamb, long hung Devon tender beef and 1930's recipe scrumptious
