This bird is a three bird roast of duck, chicken and pheasant in that order. The multi bird roasts are all meat and no bones. Professionally boned, layered with sausage meat stuffing and expertly formed back into a bird shape. A 2.5 kilo bird will feed around 6-8 people based on a chicken breast sized serving.
