Our grass-fed beef is sourced from a small number of West Country farms specialising in the rearing of rare-breed cattle, including native Red Ruby Beef, South Devon and Dexter, renowned for their extensive marbling and depth of flavour. Our farms rear cattle slowly and naturally, resulting in meat that is unrivalled in flavour and texture.
Our beef is traditionally reared in a time-honoured fashion. Using a variety of breeds from a range of farms across the UK. Each piece of meat that we cut has been raised naturally and lived the best possible life.
